Loan Signing - first set of loan documents $100 - $200(purchase or refinance - includes printing 1st set of docs and travel 15 miles one way)

Additional Fees:
- Appointments starting after hours (9pm to 7am), Short notice/last minute signing - $75 minimum
- Jails - $200 minimum
- Extra sets of loan documents can be provided for an additional charge
- For all services*, there will be travel charges based on the distance from my office to your location. Please call or email for a quote.
- Fees are due and payable even if the Borrower does not show or refuses to sign documents, equal to 1/2 of the signing fee plus printing and travel charges.
- Fees are due in full for a completed signing, even if the loan does not fund.
- If re-signing is required due to Notary error, there is no charge.
- *certain non-loan signing services at local hospitals in north Costa Mesa are provided at reduced travel fees
